Ticket Information
All our dances are ticket only so we can control capacity and prevent overcrowding - after all, there's nothing worse than a crowded dancefloor! We want everyone to have enough space on the dancefloor and allow for personal space.
Registration tickets are free and guarantee entry. Once you have your ticket, bring it to the dance and pay on the door.
Please note: A valid ticket is required for entry. One ticket per person. If you're attending as a couple, you'll need 2 tickets (one each).

FAQs
How are tickets allocated?
Our Registration tickets are first come, first served. When they're gone, they're gone!
How will I get my tickets?
Booking confirmation will be sent to you via email, please bring the attached PDF tickets with you or show them on a mobile device.
How many tickets can I reserve?
You can reserve a maximum of 2 tickets per order. Each person attending needs their own ticket - so if you're attending as a couple, you'll need to order 2 tickets (one each).
Do I need to print my tickets?
Nope, save the trees! We can scan them from your phone.
What if my chosen dance is sold out?
Please regularly check the ticket page on Eventbrite as more tickets may become available. For some dances, a waiting list may be available - we encourage you to join if the waiting list has been activiated. If you are successful on the waiting list, you will be notified by email or phone. From this point, you have 24 hours to claim your tickets before they are offered to the next dancers on the waiting list.
Each waitlist entry only allows you to register for an individual ticket when tickets are released to you. This means each person in your party needs to register individually onto the waiting list. For example, if you are attending as a couple, you will need to join the waiting list 'twice' (once each). You can use the same email address and phone number for all members of your party.
When are tickets released?
For a normal Sequence Only or Saturday Social Dance, tickets are released at 18:00 exactly 1 week before the dance. For example, tickets for a Saturday dance will be available from 18:00 on the previous Saturday. To be notified of when new tickets are available, please sign up to our ticket notification mailing list.
For our special occasion dances, such as Christmas & New Year, tickets are available further in advance. Please subscribe to our mailing list and select 'festive dances', to be notified when these are available.
What if I can no longer attend and need to cancel my tickets?
Please cancel your order in your Eventbrite account or by using the link in your confirmation email. You can also email tickets@keepdancing.uk with your order number to request cancellation. Cancelling your tickets will allow others to attend the dance in your place.
How do I pay?
At present, we only accept cash payments. We are looking at the options to take card payments.
Can I book by phone?
We prefer you to book online if you are able to as we don't have the capacity to book everyone in manually. If you are unable to book online, please contact Martin once tickets are released for your chosen date.
How close to the dance can I book?
You can book until the dance start time, if there are still tickets available.
I've not received my confirmation email or tickets. What do I do?
Please check that it hasn't gone into your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email tickets@keepdancing.uk
I'm going on holiday, can I book abroad?
The Keep Dancing website is only available in the UK and EU. The Eventbrite booking page remains available worldwide so if you are outside the UK and EU and you wish to book a dance for when you get home, please go directly to the eventbrite website.
