All our dances are ticket only so we can control capacity and prevent overcrowding - after all, there's nothing worse than a crowded dancefloor!

Registration tickets are free and guarantee entry. Once you have your ticket, bring it to the dance and pay on the door.

FAQs

How are tickets allocated?

Our registration tickets are first come, first served. When they're gone, they're gone!

How do I book?

Please visit our booking page on our website using the button above. Our ticketing service is provided by Billetto. It is not possible to book directly via the Billetto website, however you can book via the Billetto app.

​

How will I get my tickets?

There are 3 ways to view your tickets and reservations:

  • Via the Billetto app

  • Via the Billetto website at mytickets.keepdancing.uk

  • In your booking confirmation email - you will have a pdf attachment containing your tickets.

Tickets can be cancelled and transferred using the website or app.

​

How many tickets can I reserve?

You can reserve a maximum of 4 tickets per order. Each person attending needs their own ticket - so if you're attending as a couple, you'll need to order 2 tickets (one each).

​

Do I need to print my tickets?

Nope, save the trees! We can scan them from your phone.

​

What if my chosen dance is sold out?

Please regularly check the ticket page as more tickets may become available. If the dance has sold out, a waiting list will become available. As soon as tickets become available, either through additional release or cancellation, everyone on the waiting list is emailed automatically. These tickets are first come first served and can also be reserved by those who are not on the waiting list. Please note the waiting list is a flat list, there is no particular order and everyone is emailed at the same time, regardless of when they joined the list.

When are tickets released?

For a normal Sequence or Social Dance, tickets are released at 18:00, 7 days before each dance. For example, for our Saturday Dances, tickets will be available from 18:00 on the previous Saturday. To be notified of when new tickets are available, please sign up to our ticket notification mailing list.

For our special occasion dances, such as Christmas & New Year, tickets are available further in advance. Please subscribe to our mailing list and select 'festive dances', to be notified when these are available. These tickets are not publicly available and only available either at our dances or with the use of an access code from our mailing list.

What if I can no longer attend and need to cancel my tickets?

For Saturday Social Dances, please cancel your order in your Billetto account by visiting mytickets.keepdancing.uk. Tickets can be cancelled online up to 2 hours before the start time of the dance. Tickets can also be transferred to others up to 2 hours before the dance.

For Sequence Only Social Dances, please email tickets@keepdancing.uk as these are unable to be cancelled online.

​

If you need to cancel within the 2 hour window, please email hello@keepdancing.uk

​

If you are unable to cancel your tickets online, please email tickets@keepdancing.uk from the email used for the order. Cancelling your tickets will allow others to attend the dance in your place.

Why are there no dances showing on the book tickets page?

As explained above, tickets only become available 7 days before each dance. Please check back closer to the time or subscribe to our mailing list to be notified when tickets are released.

​

How do I pay?

At present, we only accept cash payments. 

​

Can I book by phone?

We prefer you to book online if you are able to as we don't have the capacity to book everyone in manually. If you are unable to book online, please contact Martin once tickets are released for your chosen date.

​

How close to the dance can I book?

You can book until 6pm on the day of the dance if there are still tickets available. After this, please email hello@keepdancing.uk if you wish to attend and the dance is not showing as sold out.

​

I've not received my confirmation email or tickets. What do I do?

Please check your spam/jumk email folder. Tickets should also be in your Billetto account at mytickets.keepdancing.uk

​

I'm going on holiday, can I book abroad?

Yes, our website is available around the world.

​
